ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE

April 22, 2002

      The Administrative Conference of the City Council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman John David Stewart, at 3:09 p.m., Monday, April 22, 2002, in the Government Chambers in Government Plaza (505 Travis Street).

      Invocation was given by Councilman Spigener.

      On Roll Call, the following members were Present: Councilmen Pearl Huckaby, Stewart, Serio, Spigener, Shyne and Burrell (arrived at 3:20). 6. Absent: Councilman Carmody. 1.
