ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE OF

AUGUST 13, 2001

The Administrative Conference of the City Council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Immediate Past Chairman Joe Shyne, at 3:15 p.m., Monday, August 13, 2001, in the Government Chambers in Government Plaza (505 Travis Street).

Invocation was given by Councilman Spigener.

On Roll Call, the following members were Present: Councilmen Pearl Huckaby, Carmody (3:35), Serio, Spigener, Shyne and Burrell. 6. Absent: Councilman Stewart. 1.

Awards, Recognition of Distinguished Guests, and Communications of the Mayor which are required by law. None.

(1) Approving a Restoration Tax Abatement application for 601 Spring St., (Ark-La-Tex Antique & Classic Vehicle Enterprise, LLC).

127 Levying a tax of 7.99 mills on all property subject to ad valorem taxation w/i the bounds of the Downtown Development District of the City.
