ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE OF

JUNE 11, 2001

The Administrative Conference of the City Council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman Thomas Carmody, at 3:15 p.m., Monday, June 11, 2001, in the Government Chambers in Government Plaza (505 Travis Street).

Invocation was given by Councilman Spigener.

On Roll Call, the following members were Present: Councilmen Stewart, Carmody, Serio, Spigener, Shyne and Burrell. 6. Absent: None.

Following a motion to suspend the Rules, the Swearing-in Ceremony of Pearl Aaron Huckaby as Council Representative of District A, was administered by Judge Charles Peatross.
