SUMMARY MINUTES OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE OF NOVEMBER 13, 2000 The Administrative Conference of the City Council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman Pat Spigener, at 3:10 p.m., Monday, November 13, 2000, in the Government Chambers in Government Plaza (505 Travis Street).
