The Administrative Conference of the City Council of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, was called to order by Chairman Pat Spigener, at 3:15p.m., Monday, August 21, 2000, in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

Invocation was given by Councilman Carmody.

On roll call, the following members were Present: Councilmen Stewart, Carmody, Spigener, Serio, Shyne and Burrell. 6. Absent: Councilman Huckaby. 1.
