159 Declaring the intention of the City of Shreveport (The “City”) to hire professionals in conjunction with the issuance of not to exceed Fifteen Million and No/100 ($15,000,000) Dollars Louisiana Local Government Environmental Facilities and Community Development Authority Utility Revenue Bonds (Shreveport Water Improvement Project), Series 2010C to be negotiated and placed with Capital One Public Funding, LLC or such other bank or purchaser for the purpose of financing the cost of the acquisition and construction of improvements, extensions and replacements to the drinking water portion of the City’s combined revenue producing Water and Sewer Utility System (The “System”) and otherwise providing with respect thereto.
