(E/Webb) 79 Directing the Chief Administrative Officer to pay the Multicultural Center of the South $50,000 for operating as a Multicultural Center during the first quarter of 2010, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. (B/Walford/F/Shyne) 80 Requesting the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, Office of the State Mineral and Energy Board, to lease certain mineral interests owned by the City of Shreveport and authorizing the Board to execute such leases and all documents relative to same; and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. 82 Authorizing the execution of an amendment to the contract for Parking System Management with the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Shreveport, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCES: (Not to be adopted prior to May 11, 2010) 54 Amending the 2010 General Fund Budget, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. 55 Amending the 2010 Airports Enterprise Fund Budget, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. 56 Amending the 2010 Capital Improvements Budget, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. 57 Levying a tax of Eight and Thirty-Four One Hundredths (8 and 34/100ths) Mills per dollar on all property subject to Ad Valorem Taxation within the bounds of the Downtown Development District of the City of Shreveport for the purposes as set forth herein, and otherwise providing with respect thereto. 58 Levying various taxes totaling Seventeen and Ninety-Eight Hundredths (17 and 98/100ths) Mills per dollar on all property subject to ad valorem taxation within the city of Shreveport for the year 2010 in the amounts and for the purposes described wherein, and otherwise providing with respect thereto. 59 Levying a tax of Twenty-Six and Fifty-Six One Hundredths (26 and 56/100ths) Mills per dollar on all property subject to Ad Valorem Taxation within the City of Shreveport for the Year 2010 for the purpose of paying principal and interest on the outstanding General Obligation Bonds of the City of Shreveport, and otherwise providing with respect thereto. 60 Amending and reenacting Section 26-211 of the Code of Ordinances relative to payment of amounts due to the City before doing business with the City, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. ORDINANCES ON SECOND READING AND FINAL PASSAGE (Numbers are assigned Ordinance Numbers) 160 A Supplemental Ordinance amending and supplementing Resolution No. 131 of 1984 (the “General Bond Resolution”) adopted on June 12, 1984, as amended, acknowledging and approving the issuance of not to exceed $15,000,000 principal amount of Taxable Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2009C, of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, in accordance with the terms of Resolution 170 of 2009 adopted on September 8, 2009; approving and confirming the sale of such bonds; pledging revenue of the System to secure such bonds; designating said Bonds as Build America Bonds pursuant to Section 54AA of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended; prescribing the form, and certain terms and conditions of said Bonds; and providing for other matters in connection therewith.
