160 A Supplemental Ordinance amending and supplementing Resolution No. 131 of 1984 (the “General Bond Resolution”) adopted on June 12, 1984, as amended, acknowledging and approving the issuance of not to exceed $15,000,000 principal amount of Taxable Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2009C, of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, in accordance with the terms of Resolution 170 of 2009 adopted on September 8, 2009; approving and confirming the sale of such bonds; pledging revenue of the System to secure such bonds; designating said Bonds as Build America Bonds pursuant to Section 54AA of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended; prescribing the form, and certain terms and conditions of said Bonds; and providing for other matters in connection therewith.
