RESOLUTIONS ON SECOND READING AND FINAL PASSAGE OR WHICH REQUIRE ONLY ONE READING 79 Authorizing the Mayor to execute a donation agreement between the City of Shreveport and E & L Development, Inc., hereinafter called “Owner” and acting herein through Kenneth G. Lawler, Manager for the private Water and Sewer Main Extensions and related facilities to serve Hideaway Harbor Subdivision Units XIII & XIV, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. (A/Lester) (Postponed May 12, 2009) 98 Authorizing the mayor to accept the donation of a scoreboard/video board from Shreveport Independent Baseball League and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. (Postponed May 12, 2009) 102 Authorizing donation of surplus Shreveport Fire Department Property to Caddo Parish Fire District #1, and otherwise providing with respect thereto. 103 Authorizing the donation of police video camera equipment to the Village of Robeline, LA Police Department and otherwise providing with respect thereto. 104 Authorizing the Mayor to execute a banking services agreement with Capital One, NA, and otherwise providing with respect thereto. 107 Authorizing the mayor to execute an agreement with SMG to manage and operate Municipal Auditorium and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. 108 Authorizing the mayor to execute an amendment to the concessions contract between the city of Shreveport and P.W.S., L.L.C., d/b/a Tri Star Entertainment Services and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. 109 Suspending the effects of certain provisions of Chapter 10 relative to alcoholic beverages for the Let the Good Times Roll Festival on June 19 through 21, 2009, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. (A/Lester) 110 Suspending the effects of certain provisions of Chapter 10 relative to alcoholic beverages and Chapter 106 relative to zoning for property located at St. Vincent Mall for the Annual Firecracker Run on July 4, 2009 and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. (B/Walford) 111 Declaring the City’s interest in certain adjudicated properties as surplus, and otherwise providing with respect thereto. (A/Lester/F/Shyne) 112 Rejecting the bids received for IFB #09-027, the Annual Contract for Firefighter Bunker gear, and otherwise providing with respect thereto. 113 Establishing the City Council Riverfront/B4 Committee to hold public meetings and/or Public Hearings and to make findings and draft recommend policy and priorities relative to the Riverfront B-4 District and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. 114 Directing the Chief Administrative Officer and the Director of Finance to take the necessary steps and to prepare the necessary documents so that the City can contract with appropriate professionals to collect certain outstanding receivables due for Property Standards violations, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCES: (Not to be adopted prior to June 9, 2009) 44 Enacting Section 30-70 of the City of Shreveport of Ordinance relative to Fire Prevention and Protection, and to otherwise provide respect thereto. 45 ZONING – C-14-09: Amending Chapter 106 of the Code of Ordinances, the City of Shreveport zoning ordinance, by rezoning property located on the east side of Samford between Kings Highway, and Saint Vincent, Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana, from SPI-4 (R-2), interstate corridor overlay (Urban, Multifamily-Residence) District SPI-4 (B-1) interstate corridor overlay (Buffer Business) District, SPI-4(b-2) interstate corridor overlay (Neighborhood Business) District & SPI-4-E (B-3) interstate corridor overlay extended use (Community Business) District to B-1, Buffer Business District, B-2, Neighborhood Business District to B-3, Community Business District and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. (B/Walford) 46 ZONING – C-24-09: Amending Chapter 106 of the Code of Ordinances the City of Shreveport Zoning Ordinance by rezoning of property located on the north side of East Stoner, 130 Feet east of Crofton Street, Shreveport, Caddo Parish Louisiana from R-3, Urban, Multi-Family Residence District, to B-2, Neighborhood Business District and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. (B/Walford) 47 ZONING – C-25-09: Amending Chapter 106 of the Code of Ordinances, the City of Shreveport Zoning Ordinance, by rezoning of property located on the east side of Rex (west side of Youree Drive), 250 feet north of Herndon, Shreveport, Caddo Parish Louisiana, from R-1H, Urban, One-Family Residence District to B-2, Neighborhood Business District and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. (B/Walford) 48 ZONING – C-27-09: Amending Chapter 106 of the Code of Ordinances, the City of Shreveport Zoning Ordinance by rezoning of property located on the west side of Valley View Drive, south of Brushy Bayou, Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana, from I-1, Light Industry District to I-2, Heavy Industry District and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
