RESOLUTIONS ON SECOND READING AND FINAL PASSAGE OR WHICH REQUIRE ONLY ONE READING 254 Authorizing the Mayor’s signature on an act of correction of cash and exchange deed between the City of Shreveport and the YMCA, and otherwise providing with respect thereto. 255 Authorizing the renewal of an agreement between the City of Shreveport and BKD, LLP for an external audit of the City of Shreveport for fiscal year January 1, 2008, through December 31, 2008, and otherwise providing with respect thereto. 256 Declaring the intention of the City of Shreveport (The “City”) to hire professionals in connection with the issuing of not to exceed Ninety Million and No/100 ($90,000,000) Dollars Louisiana Local Government Environmental Facilities and Community Development Authority Revenue Refunding Bonds (Shreveport Utility System Project) Series 2008 for the purpose of refunding certain existing indebtedness previously issued for the Shreveport Utility System (The “Prior Bonds”), funding a Debt Service Reserve Fund, paying fees arising from the termination of the existing Integrated SWAP agreement related to the prior bonds and paying the costs of issuance of the bonds, and otherwise providing with respect thereto. 260 Declaring the City’s interest in certain adjudicated property as surplus, and otherwise providing with respect thereto.
