62 Closing and abandoning a portion of the 20 foot-wide alleyway running between Southern Avenue, and Lexington Street bounded by Pierremont Road to the North and 60^th Street to the south in the Southfield Park Unit 3 Subdivision located in the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ section 24 (T17N-R14W), Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
