50 Making certain findings with respect to the issuance by the Louisiana Local Government Environmental Facilities and Community Development Authority on behalf of the City of Shreveport of its revenue refunding bonds (Shreveport Convention Center Hotel Project) Series 2008 to refund the existing auction rate bonds issued for the Shreveport Convention Center Hotel, funding certain termination payments, approving the forms of and authorizing the distribution, execution and delivery of the preliminary and final official statements by the authority; approving the form of the trust indenture and authorizing the execution and delivery of the loan agreement, and other documents, certificates or contracts required in connection therewith; and authorizing the Mayor and the Clerk of the City to do all things necessary to effectuate this ordinance.
