Lakeshore Dr., to connect to the sewer system of the City of Shreveport and otherwise providing with respect thereto. (Near A/Lester) 38 Authorizing Juniper Builders, Inc., located at 1018 Osprey Dr., to connect to the Water and Sewer System of the City of Shreveport, and otherwise providing with respect thereto.
