E. Delaney and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. 155 Authorizing the submission of the 2007 Consolidated Community Planning and Development Update (Annual Action Plan) to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. 156 Authorizing the Mayor to execute a donation agreement between the City of Shreveport and Sourth Shreveport Development CO., L.L.C., represented by Steve Simon, for the water and sewer mains located in the Pierremont Place Unit #8 and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
