Resolution No. 125 of 2005: A resolution finding and determining that no petition had been filed objecting to the proposed issuance of not exceeding Seventy Five Million Dollars ($75,000,000) of Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds of the City of Shreveport, State of Louisiana, authorizing the issuance of the bonds within certain parameters, authorizing the officials of the Council to proceed with the preparation of the documents required for the issuance of such Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, and providing for other matters in connection therewith.

127 Suspending the effects of certain provisions of Chapter 10 relative to alcoholic beverages and Chapter 106 relative to zoning for Sam’s Town Casino located at 315 Clyde Fant Memorial Parkway and to otherwise provide with respect thereto. (B/Walford)

107 ZONING – C-60-05: Amending Chapter 106 of the Code of Ordinances, the City of Shreveport zoning ordinance, by rezoning property located on northeasterly corner of North Market and North Hearne, Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana, from B-2, Neighborhood Business District, to B-3, Community Business District, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
