This Bureau serves as a catalyst in assessing community development needs, planning and development of programs by:

 

Goal
To meet the direct and indirect cost associated with the management of the programs and to plan, monitor, and evaluate community needs.

 

Strategy

  • To monitor all programs (internal and external) to ensure service delivery, program compliance and program eligibility requirements.

  • To provide overall management to ensure that federal rules, regulations and policies are complied with according to federal mandates.

  • To provide fiscal coordination of the projects and all the activities associated with these funds.

  • To provide support staff to carry out necessary functions within the department and community such as technical assistance, training, planning and evaluation.


The Bureau of Administration comprises:

  • Office of the Director

  • Fiscal Unit

  • Planning and Programs

  • Compliance Monitoring
