This Bureau serves as a catalyst in assessing community development needs, planning and development of
programs by:
Goal
To meet the direct and indirect cost associated with the management of the programs and to plan,
monitor, and evaluate community needs.
Strategy
-
To monitor all programs
(internal and external) to ensure service delivery, program compliance and
program eligibility requirements.

To provide overall
management to ensure that federal rules, regulations and policies are complied
with according to federal mandates.

To provide fiscal
coordination of the projects and all the activities associated with these funds.

To provide support
staff to carry out necessary functions within the department and community such
as technical assistance, training, planning and evaluation.
