      232 Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, and otherwise provide with respect thereto.

      233 Authorizing the Mayor to accept the donation of two Percheron Horses (Terry” and “Bill” from the Mounted Patrol Support Group for the Shreveport Police Department in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

      151 Amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Shreveport by amending Sec. 26-109 of Chapter 26, Finance, Division 2 of Article IV, Fees, relative to permit fees for permission to use city-owned properties or rights-of-ways for the purposes of installing private facilities, in, on, over, or under these public areas and oil, gas, and other hydrocarbon well applications in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Code of Ordinances and to amend certain provisions of the code relative to same, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

       

      152 Amending section 94-141(a) of the city's code of ordinances by establishing permit fees for discharges of process wastewater from industries and food preparation facilities to the city's sanitary sewer system, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

      153 Approving the settlement agreement attached hereto as Document A, in Civil Action No. 5:00cv00334, United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana, Shreveport Division, entitled Louisiana Proteins, Inc.
