[ACTIVE] SPAR Citywide Halloween Party!

Shreveport Public Assembly and Recreation (City of Shreveport) want to help citizens of Shreveport celebrate Halloween with two events on Thursday, October 31, 2013: annual SPAR Citywide Halloween Party and Therapeutic Halloween Explosion.

The annual SPAR Citywide Halloween Party is Thursday, October 31, 2013, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 15 community centers located throughout the City of Shreveport. There will be games, contests, treats and much more. The event is free to the public. The community centers hosting parties include:

The SPAR Therapeutic Division will host a Halloween Explosion at Riverview Hall from 5:30 Pm to 8:00 PM. There will be music, door prizes, gobbling for apples, Sandy the Clown, candy bags and much more. This event is targeted for those individuals of all ages in our community with disabilities.

“SPAR always looks forward to these fun events and helping our City celebrate Halloween. These events are a safe, free Halloween tradition that parents and children can enjoy,” said Patrick Wesley, Assistant Director of SPAR.
